Am I in the new FL-14?
Florida redrew its congressional map in May 2026, and Hillsborough County is mailing new voter information cards to every voter. Here is the community-by-community answer: what changed, what didn't, and who represents you until the new term begins.
The short answer.
If you live in eastern or southern Hillsborough County, or in parts of south Tampa, you are most likely in the new Florida 14th Congressional District. The new FL-14 lies entirely within Hillsborough County under the map signed into law on May 4, 2026 (House Bill 1D).

South Tampa, and who represents you right now.
Parts of south Tampa, including Hyde Park, Davis Islands, and Palma Ceia, are also inside the new FL-14. Tampa addresses should confirm with the address search, since the city is divided by the new lines.
One point of frequent confusion: current members of Congress serve out their terms under the old district lines through early January 2027. Depending on your address, that is Laurel Lee (old FL-15), Vern Buchanan (old FL-16), or Kathy Castor (old FL-14). The 2026 election is where that changes: the August 18 primary and November 3 general election are both conducted under the new map, and the winner takes office in January 2027 as the first representative of the new FL-14.
