Where It Goes
Where Your Contribution Goes
Every contribution to John Peters for Congress funds a campaign built to win FL-14 in 2026, not to bankroll consultants in Washington or Tampa. The cycle budget lands in three buckets: field, media, and operations.
- Field operations across Hillsborough County. Door-to-door voter contact in Brandon, Valrico, Riverview, FishHawk, Bloomingdale, Sun City Center, Apollo Beach, Plant City, Ruskin, and Wimauma. Field staff, the Brandon volunteer hub, palm cards, and door-knocking literature.
- Targeted media for FL-14 voters. Direct mail, digital advertising, and radio in the Tampa Bay media market focused on Hillsborough County households. Print buys timed to the August 18, 2026 Republican primary and the November 3, 2026 general election.
- Compliance and operations. FEC reporting, payment processing fees, legal compliance, and the day-to-day operations of a federal congressional campaign.
Major contributions of $500 and above fund the campaign infrastructure: targeted television, scaled direct mail, and the field operation it takes to flip a competitive Hillsborough County seat. Smaller contributions repeated across the cycle are the backbone of every successful insurgent congressional run, and the campaign relies on both.
