Kathy Castor's eighteen-year voting record has prioritized federal expansion over local flexibility, with consistent votes for policies that grow Washington's role in classrooms and family budgets. After nine terms, Castor has not delivered the parent-empowering, fiscally disciplined federal partnership that Valrico families actually need from Congress.
